The Citrus Studio
The region surrounding the Taiwanese town of Zhutong is famous for its mandarins. This packaging for the fruit and for marmalade, citrus sauce and dried fruit is designed to have a strong impact. American country-style illustrations as well as fluorescent orange as the main colour attract consumers’ attention. In addition, recycled linen like the one used by farmers serves to reflect a circular economy. For example, this material lines the fruit crate put together like a jigsaw, protecting the fruit contained inside.
