Red Dot: Best of the Best

The Red Dot: Best of the Best is awarded for groundbreaking design and is the highest distinction in the Red Dot Award: Product Design. Only the best products in a category receive this award.

Red Dot

The Red Dot is the distinction for high design quality. Only products that demonstrate outstanding design are awarded the coveted seal of quality by the international jury.

The Red Dot winner label

The winner label for the Red Dot Design Award is striking, has a high profile and an international reputation. There are individual marks of quality for each distinction as well as for special industries and areas. Only the winners can use these specific labels. For example, if you win an award in one of the two metacategories, your label will also say ‘Innovative product’ or ‘Smart product’, while the labels for manufacturers from the automotive or lighting industry will also say ‘Car design’ or ‘Lighting design’.
