The Nest Hub is a speaker with display and voice control via Google Assistant for smart homes. It is powerful and offers 50 per cent more bass compared to the predecessor model. The “Gestures” function uses a motion sensor to recognise hand movements without a camera, meaning that many functions can be controlled through it: videos can be played and paused, the alarm clock can be put on snooze or a timer can be stopped. The smart display with sleep sensor helps provide an improved night’s rest.
