JICA
The Japanese aid organisation JICA carries out humanitarian work, provides technical assistance and develops funding programmes for developing countries. To address a young target audience, this image-based film presents individual aid projects and proves their success through numbers. The filmic implementation uses animated illustrations, initially showing the issue or problem in black and white. As the description of the relief operations unfolds, the scenery changes from monochrome to colour. The promotion film was published on social networks to generate interest in volunteering.
