The motto for the design of these coffee bags is “Strange Garden”, which is realised using illustrations of animals and plants, while photographs are deliberately not used. Instead, the animals are transformed and anthropomorphised in various forms to express surreal and mysterious images. The packaging in the form of a four-sided bag contains an illustration on the front and on the back, while the side parts are designed using the representative colours and patterns of the respective country of origin of the coffee beans. This allows consumers to distinguish between the different varieties very easily.
