Fontgenic is a smartphone app that takes words from objects, such as letters and messages, and combines them with photos to create special memories. It allows users to take writing from pictures or through the camera in real time and use it as an overlay when taking photos. Combining words with associated memories and scenery in a single striking image, it allows more vivid memories to be created. The app was designed with a focus on words as the starting point of the creation process, which begins by extracting the writing before superimposing it onto the image.
