Cangshan W1 Series

The W1 series comprises five versatile kitchen knives, housed in a robust wood knife block. The handles, manufactured from Acacia wood, and the asymmetric knife block express visual harmony and unity. Their softly rounded contours facilitate handling and highlight the high-alloy metal blade. Another unique and distinct feature is the brass rivets around three holes in the handle. The stainless knives are easy to clean and fully suitable for the use in commercial kitchen environments.
