Orientation System
Beethoven Tour Bonn and Rhein-Sieg-Kreis
For the 250th anniversary of the birth of Ludwig van Beethoven, installations served to invite viewers to discover Beethoven’s life stations in the city of Bonn and in the Rhine-Sieg region of Germany. To achieve this, a Beethoven tour was developed comprising digital and analogue information elements. Based on its own word mark, the tour appears as “BTHVN Story” and “BTHVN Region”. Information pillars now mark places where Ludwig van Beethoven worked and places that influenced him. The word mark “BTHVN 2020” was used as inspiration for the information system.
