This series is an innovative high-end range of 4K OLED televisions, which combine the original Cognitive Processor XR with a new OLED panel to achieve outstanding contrast and a wide spectrum of colours. Amazingly, the built-in actuators make the screen vibrate and create acoustics that move with the image, thus delivering exceptional sound quality without visible speakers. These televisions are designed for a variety of different installation options. In addition to standard wall mounting, they also work in a front position style, which eliminates all visible structural elements other than the screen for the ultimate immersive experience. The back position style, which flips the stand and positions the television closer to the wall, creates aesthetic spatial harmony. To keep the environmental footprint to a minimum, this television uses a proprietary Sony-developed plastic with a recycle rate of up to 85 per cent for the rear cover.
