AVEDA INTERNATIONAL matches international clients with the right hairstylists with a new digital tactic: My Story. This tactic seamlessly connects an international base of clients and stylists through the sharing of personal stories, and in the process, build and maintain personal connections. This rebranded platform also provides a comprehensive range of hair services with a user-friendly interface. The warm and welcoming aesthetic, and the diverse demographics represented on the website reflects this purpose.
The website showcases a wide range of hairstyles to choose from, with a 360-degree view of every hairstyle. Users select their hair texture, hairstyle and hair service before being matched to the right hairstylist for the job. The entire process is simplified and streamlined. Communicating hairstyle desires and scheduling appointments become a breeze, even when language is a barrier. If a stylist moves or migrates, users will be able to locate the stylist and book an appointment directly. AVEDA INTERNATIONAL helps Aveda's market share grow by directly linking many international clients with Aveda's new hair service solution.
