Women Style
The 20th century marks an important chapter for feminism in Taiwan, with people beginning to understand that women are more than just an adornment for men. This idea has prompted the emergence of a society where gender equality is now becoming a reality. This work separates the years of the economic boom between 1901 and 1960 – seen as the awakening of feminism – from the subsequent period of evolution of feminism that continued into the year 2000. The carefully designed stamp album is rich in detail and has a vintage look. It contains numerous stories and facts to raise the profile of famous women who shaped feminism in Taiwan.
