The Seeds of Faith

The design of the admission letter, notebook and enrolment guidelines for Beijing Forestry University is a nod to the image of a seed. Students at the university are likened to seeds, which release their power through cultivation and irrigation in order to make important contributions in the future. The shape of the letter on a dark-green background symbolises the round sky and the square Earth – an ancient metaphor in China. Millions of seeds in gold and silver are growing in its centre, with the four different admission letters representing the phases of cultivation, germination, growth and flourishing.
