The Fuego log rack pursues a design concept that combines a simple construction with a clear design language. The jury was particularly fascinated by “the harmonious proportions that give this firewood holder a sculptural appearance”. The sweeping arc of the support bracket exactly replicates the radius of the base-plate corners, producing a visually mesmerising interplay of contours. The elegant structure is manufactured in Sweden from seamlessly welded powder-coated steel. To prevent the log rack from scratching the floor, the underside of the base plate is covered with a felt pad.
