B&B Italia – The Perfect Density

This exhibit identifies “density” as the narrative fulcrum to celebrate the 50th anniversary of B&B Italia. The notion of density is taken as a feature of the company’s identity in a broad sense, as it alludes to the “density” of ideas and projects, always projecting the company into the future. Through a narrative synthesis, built on intersecting stories of people, products and processes, the installation represents the competence of a company capable of producing icons of design. At the centre, eight high cages create a weave of bright beams that project images and text into the room.
