Solomon’s AccuPick is an AI-based system that connects a robot arm and a 3D vision camera. It features an intuitive, concise and easy-to-use interface, the main objective of which is to create intelligent production lines, allowing also users who are less familiar with coding to easily operate the system. Administrators are provided with preconfigured modules that allow users to quickly build projects by a simple drag-and-drop approach – adaptable to the diverse production line requirements across the most different industries. Moreover, with its clean and logical design, AccuPick also provides a variety of functions that can adapt to a wide set of objects that are handled in different production lines. Based on the collected information, the system is able to improve the efficiency of each machine, giving operators a smooth experience and enhancing the organisations’ overall performance by creating truly smart production lines.
