Imprint of Suffering

Considering that fishing efforts have recently pushed many fish populations to the edge of extinction, these illustrations send a message of awareness. A dark spot stands out in the middle of the poster which looks like an ordinary fish print at first sight. However, the spot turns out to be a trawler, covering the whole body with a fishing net. To further accentuate the damage caused by overexploitation, the close- up in the second picture gives the impression that the fishing net has spread over the entire ocean.
