With the ECHOMAP UHD2 chartplotters, anglers can map the bottom of a body of water by echo sounder and locate objects underwater, such as fish. The map is shown on the integrated display which is easy to read even in sunlight, thanks to its brightness. The user interface and graphics allow intuitive operation so that different perspectives and map displays can be easily selected. “Visually, the devices convince with their striking design language, underlining their robustness and suitability for harsh environments,” the jury commented on its decision.
