Automatic Sweeper

Existing road cleaning vehicles tend to look threatening and unapproachable. This will become incompatible with the development of a more humane city life in the future. Automatic Sweeper is a new sweeping robot designed to integrate into the city with its amiable and non-threatening appearance. It will become everyone’s friend in public spaces and represent the image of the city. Fully enclosed, this unmanned sweeper has no exposed structural parts or sharp-edges, thus making it approachable. Its simple sci-fi, high-tech appearance and LED lighting around the body gives the city a futuristic aesthetic. A LED matrix hidden in the side panel displays public information and advertisements, or interactive contents and games for people. It also captures environmental information such as air quality and noise, then sends the collected data to the municipal department to better monitor the city’s environmental health. A laser beam projected on the ground signals the robot’s working zone and its multiple cameras also assist with urban security.
