Tour De Swiss Gold Plus
As a pilot project for the Swiss Gold Plus custody account solution, an interactive journey through Switzerland was created. It allows DZ Bank’s financial and investment products to be experienced digitally and emotionally in a remote-controlled user journey. The advantages of an investment are shown in combination with a variety of panoramas. After receiving a confirmation link along with a personalised splash screen, an advisor guides the client through the story and website. Originally conceived as a solution to the business constraints caused by the coronavirus pandemic, it has since paved the way for the bank to digitise other advice-intensive financial products.
