Poster Series
Refuse to kill
Environmental pollution, the indiscriminate killing of animals and the destruction of their habitats by humans have all contributed to numerous animal species being wiped out. These posters draw attention to this issue by using the oldest Chinese hieroglyphs, which depict images of nature from ancestral observations. The characters feature individual design elements made of charcoal burned at a high temperature. In addition, animals can be seen in the contours of the key visuals. The slogan “Refuse to kill” calls upon people to rethink and cherish animals instead of killing them.
