Not Only Chop Down Trees

This series uses expressive motifs as a plea for reafforestation. Animal species suffering from a loss of forest habitat are at the heart of the posters. Annual rings are used to create black-and-white outlines of species such as turtles and bears. This underscores the symbiotic relationship between species and their habitat, while the dark colours used for the motifs visualise the creeping threat that accompanies deforestation. The slogan “Save me” is positioned prominently and given a bright-red colour.
