EF-Locker

The user experience design of the EF-Locker terminal, a product for a subsidiary of the company S.F. Express in Hong Kong, China, focused on optimising the “picking up”, “checking” and “sending” functions. The goal of this intelligently designed interface was to offer end users the experience of a simple pickup service, available 24 hours a day. Another goal was to increase user trust in the brand and enhance its recognition value. The main colours of the interface design are red and black, originating from the S.F. logo.
